StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Hilton Head offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Sheldon completed his Master’s in Applied Psychology with an emphasis on Health and Sports Psychology at the University of the West Indies, in Jamaica in 2019. Driven by his passion and love for Health and Fitness he also obtained a Certification in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition from NCSF in the United States in 2023. Although new to Stretchlab, Sheldon was captivated by the concept as for him it provided an opportunity to infuse his background training in both physiological and psychological wellness referring to Stretchlab’s services as a ‘stress management tool for optimal wellness. As a former track and field athlete, and calisthenics enthusiast, Sheldon strongly believes that the 1-1 assisted stretching at Stretchlab meaningfully contributes to the improved quality of life, functioning, performance and even psychological wellness of individuals.

Tony’s fitness journey began early with a passion for sports. In high school, he excelled in track and field, football, wrestling, and mixed martial arts. After high school, he served as an infantryman in the army for eight years, where he discovered the benefits of flexibility and stretching. Inspired by his experiences, Tony became a certified Flexologist to share these benefits. Initially skeptical about stretching, he saw its positive impact on his gym performance and overall well-being. As a personal trainer, he values the importance of flexibility for both physical and mental health. Tony’s motivation to help others through stretching stems from his own transformative experiences. Stretching alleviated his military-related aches and pains, revitalizing his body and spirit. This passion drives him to empower others on their wellness journeys. Through his commitment to flexibility and holistic wellness, Tony inspires individuals to embrace stretching, unlocking their potential and enhancing their quality of life.

Jen Peskin is a Cincinnati Ohio native, with ties to Hilton Head Island. She has a longtime love for movement, competitive sports and recreational activities. As a high schooler, Jen enjoyed being a varsity athlete in tennis, soccer, track and field and cross-country. She went on to run cross country at the collegiate level. Jen is a graduate of Miami University, in Oxford Ohio. There she earned a bachelor’s of science in Health and Wellness and a minor in nutrition. She has spent the last 10 years in her current position as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach for WebMD Health Services. Prior to that she worked for 8 years for physical and occupational therapists in an outpatient clinic. Jen prioritizes stretching because it allows her the ability to move with ease during her daily life, as well as during recreational activities -walking her Golden Retriever, biking, strength training and playing tennis.

Alyssa is spending her summer in Hilton Head, where she works as a customer service representative for StretchLab Hilton Head. Originally from Michigan, she's currently studying and playing rugby at college there. Alyssa is also a proud member of the Hilton Head rugby team, bringing her passion for sports and fitness to the local community. Back home for the break, she's eager to share her knowledge and experience with stretching, promoting its benefits for overall wellness and athletic performance. When she's not assisting clients at StretchLab, Alyssa enjoys exploring the island's beaches and staying active outdoors.
